Uesugi Farms Pumpkin Patch 2013

Here are some pictures for our Pumpkin Patch field Trip. Enjoy!

We are scarecrows!

Waiting in line for the train.

At the Train Depot waiting to ride the Pumpkinville Railroad.

Are we tall enough?

We spotted all five golden pumpkins, saw many funny scarecrows and beautiful flowers.

We went from the train to the Enchanted Hayride.

Blue room waiting for our turn!

Having fun playing in the hay while waiting in line.

All aboard the Enchanted Hayride.

There were some really neat gourds growing above our heads. They were "Gourd-geous!"

It started to rain so we stuck out our tongues and opened our mouths to catch the rain drops.

Soo FUN!

The sun flowers were so beautiful!

We also enjoyed running and jumping into the hay jump!

We watched a movie on how pumpkins grow and how important bees are to the process of pollination.

Enjoying a picnic lunch with our family and friends.

We walked through the corn maze and heard the story about Bootsie the Bee and some fun facts about bees.

Hearing about the proper and safest way to carry our pumpkins.

Last stop picking out our pumpkins.

The Blue Room and our SMILEY faces!

And our SILLY faces!

And a very very special Thank You to all of the parents and friend volunteers who helped make this day such a success and so much fun! I really enjoyed having conversations with you all and getting to know you a little better.

Thanks again!
